We live and play just a few minutes from
downtown Sacramento,
California’s capital.
Diversity, convenience and style continue to
make the residential developments north of
downtown Sacramento a very desirable
place to live – let us show you how you
can enjoy this area too.
Along with the new homes (the development
began in 1999), new shopping, schools and
services are being developed. When you think
about the close proximity of Sacramento’s
nightlife, sporting venues, easy commute to
the Sacramento International Airport,
downtown shopping mall, plus quick freeway
access, you will realize that this is the
place to be.
The
Natomas Park
area is a 1,250-acre master planned
community with the feel of a ‘neighborhood
resort’. The community contains many parks
and lots of open space. In addition, a
200-acre regional park is being planned by
the City of Sacramento to include multi-use
facilities, passive recreation areas, a
library, community center and more.
The residents are members of The Club at
Natomas Park. A 15,000 square-foot
sports complex and community club featuring
a fitness center and three swimming pools.
There is a pool for serious swimmers, one is
a recreational pool for cooling off, and the
third is a wading pool for toddlers.
The Heritage Park community
is a new active adult enclave. It is a
fabulous gated community for 55+ residents.
One of the most recent master-planned
communities in North Natomas,
Regency Park,
features a 37-acre Community Park that
offers amenities galore, including ball
fields and a large skateboard park.

Performing & Fine Arts. Westlake Charter
School is a public elementary school and is
the first school to offer the International
Primary Curriculum in the Sacramento region.

South Natomas
offers an established neighborhood with all
of the same conveniences just across the
river from downtown Sacramento. Building
here has been going on since the 1970s. The
mostly single family homes have mature
landscaping, a community center and library,
eight parks and active community
associations.
South Natomas also has several new
developments including River Bend and
Riversgate that are higher end homes.
With year-round recreational opportunities
available, the
Sacramento Kings
playing their home games at Arco Arena, the
Sacramento Ballet Company, B Street Theater,
Sacramento Theater Company, Memorial
Auditorium and Music Circus providing
cultural events, the many activities at the
Convention Center, Old Town Sacramento, and
fine restaurants in all directions, it is
reasonable to expect to experience a full
life in this wonderful area.
